Sean Niven’s expertise lies in Marketing and Finance and he has longstanding connections within the Australian Property Network. He has been involved in selling and developing property in Australia for 25 years, has sold more than 15,000 properties to Australians predominantly for investment purposes and more than 4,000 investment properties to non-residents from Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, India and Indonesia over the last 17 years. Sean is very familiar with the unique investment requirements of Asian Investors having lived and worked in Asia for the last 6+ years.

Sean Niven has been featured in Singapore's Affluent Magazine 'The Trail Blazer' and more recently was asked to contribute specifically on Australian Property Investment in Ho Chin Soon's book 'Cross Border Real Estate' published in Malaysia.

Whilst property is his primary business focus, in his leisure time you will more often than not find Sean on the Golf Course. Sean is a talented sportsman and has played golf professionally in his younger days, coming second in the 1983 New Zealand Junior Amateur and being selected for the New Zealand Junior Golf Academy. Today, he is an avid golfer who currently has a handicap of 2 and is a Member of Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club and Saujana Golf & Country Club in Malaysia and Sanctuary Lakes in Melbourne, Australia.
